After some communication issues, which were my fault, Bathware Direct very promptly sent me a replacement hook and a post paid envelope for the return of the wrong item. I recently purchased bath rails and other accessories in the Series 73 range, through your Company. Delivery was swift and I was very pleased with the product.

A few days later, when the plumbers arrived to install, I noticed a small blemish in one end of one towel rail. I rang and told you but did not ask for a replacement as I felt if placed in the corner, it would not be noticed. To my surprise you sent me a replacement within two days.

We recently gutted and updated the laundry & bathroom in a our 100 year old house. Whilst shopping around online for tapware we saw that Bathroom Direct had the best prices in the design we liked. Five stars. We visited several bathroom stockists looking for the right tap when we changed a timber vanity top to a stone one, everywhere had mainly fixed chrome taps or expensive black. Looking on the internet at Bathware Direct we found the perfect one, actually a tall swivel kitchen mixer tap Ecco by Nero and primarily white with chrome only on the top. It goes beautifully with the top sitting by the new white oval sink. Bathware Direct had it to us within three days and it was half the recommend price. The only annoying factor was the postal delivery company not notifying us before they tried to deliver the package.

Excellent - easy to deal with, friendly staff as well as knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this company.

I have just recently purchased an item from Bathware Direct. They were happy to answer my phone queries about the product (even to the point of going out the back and measuring the length of the power cable), and the transaction was seamless until I had a problem with delivery. Although I followed the required online process of the freighting company, I decided to give a call to Bathware Direct to let them know what was happening. To my delight, the guy who took the call, Glen, immediately took it upon himself to do the chasing. Several phone calls later the issue was resolved. That's real customer service and you guys deserve a pat on the back.

I cannot thank Bathware Direct enough for their diligence in ensuring that I received a replacement part that they had previously shipped but that was lost or misplaced by the US Postal Service. When I didn't receive the part from my initial order, I emailed Bathware Direct and promptly received a response from them (Helen, who has been great!) promising to follow up on the order. Which she did immediately. When it became apparent that the shipment had been lost or misplaced by the US Postal Service, Helen promptly shipped another package, staying in regular email contact with me until I received it.

This is exemplary service. It's the kind of customer service that every company should strive for. I am thoroughly impressed with Bathware Direct. Thank you!!!

I'm very satisfied with the quality of the products I received (basin and tap) and the prices were really reasonable. Postage was costly but the basin is very heavy, so that is to be expected. It was all really well packaged and labelled to avoid damage in transit.

A hundred thousand bouquets and heartfelt thanks to Amanda and Bathware Direct. I live 550 kms from Melbourne. In the middle of a bathroom reno with a fixed deadline of next week. Total panic this morning - custom made vanity cupboard with basin ordered some time ago not able to be made for weeks. What to do? Buy one off the shelf. Delivery needed today because the weekly truck that delivers to where I live only goes to Melbourne once a week -- and he is there today! Find my way on line to Bathware Direct. And to the wonderful Amanda. She takes me through the options on the website -- each of us on the phone and online. What do I want / how big / what colour / wall mounted or floor / one tap or two, and so on. Several choices made. Now the $64,000 question -- what is available today - now -- because the delivery truck is leaving Melbourne early afternoon. Decision made -- but, oh dear, the supplier is a different company. No problem to the amazing Amanda -- she gets it all sorted, gets my credit card details, item is paid for and on the truck in time, heading the 550 kms to where the vanity needs to be!
