• We understand you are purchasing before physically viewing our products.


• All products sold by Bathwaredirect.com.au are covered by a manufacturers warranty, refer to the individual product information


• If you are not 100% happy with the product you have ordered and received, please phone our office on 1800 655 314 within 7 days to notify your intention to return the goods.


• Bathwaredirect.com.au reserves the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee of the cost of the goods to be returned (not including freight).                                                                                                                     


• Freight arrangement and cost will be the customers' responsibility.


• Please note, goods must be returned in their original condition.
